How to get into Life Sciences Consulting?

I have a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. I want to get into a consulting/analyst position related to biochemistry or anything related to a biological science. I do not have a business background but I am very interested in finance/related fields and I want to combine my science background with that. How can a get a job in a a consulting firm? I know there are a few out there. Do I need to have a PhD in a science field? Advice??
