What will my punishment be if I have a POM in one county, and a MIC in another county?

I just graduate high school, Im about to go to my project graduation, and I get a Possession of Marijuana. THEN, 3 or 4 days later I get a MIC, but in a different county. Will my tickets be combined for punishment? Should I have the fear of going to Jail?
