Is this a good Gpa 3.5 unweighted and 4.5 weighted.?

So as a junior i got this, i screwed up really bad. but in previous year freshemen and soph i got 3.7. So i really screwed up but when i combined my gpa i got 3.6. Is this gpa good enough to get into RU or any college?
