I am going to be working at CVS soon, any tips/advice you can offer me?

There are no pros, other than the small paycheck you'll get. Customers are rude, annoying, abusive, hateful, inconsiderate jackasses who will treat you like a piece of garbage. Customer service in a chain retail store is a myth, perpetrated by retarded upper management who THINK they know what customers want. Customers don't want fake smiles, they want cheap merchandise and they want it fast.
