We are traveling through space on Earth at speed (X), what is the effect on time?

The Earth is orbiting the Sun, the Sun is orbiting the galaxy and the galaxy is moving through space. What is the combined speeds effect on time. We understand that time measurably slows down as we approach the speed of light. If this is the case our measurement of time would include this effect. Is (1) second on Earth measured differently than, if you were able to stay in a completely static spot out in space? would be be for example 1.0032 ?
