Will the years ever start over again?

Will I ever be born again and will the years ever start over again? Especially if the world does come to an end, then where would we be? I cant imagine the fact what will happen if humans are extinct and if the world does come to an end and I was wondering if the years will start over and if we can be born again the same year? Wont it be like a life cycle?
